Pitton is a very sought after pretty village only a few miles from Salisbury, with a fabulous pub, shop and plenty of walks. The property is situated on the Clarendon Way (a walk from Salisbury to Winchester) and there are plenty of cycle rides and walks from the house. There is easy access from Pitton to the south coast, Winchester and the station with train links to London, Bath and Bristol.

Downlands is the perfect base if you would like to work from home in the idyllic peace and quiet of the countryside, and is fully fitted with black-out window blinds for long lie-ins!
