The room has a double bed, big wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and a computer chair.

Please note that there is no shared living room.

Rent £900- gas and electricity not included. Council tax, broadband and water bills all included in the price.

At the end of every month I take a meter reading and issue tenants a utility bill for the actual used gas/electricity which is equally split between the number of tenants in the property. As a guide, the gas/elec for the house is between £40-100 per person per month depending on season and usage.

Parking permits can be obtained from the council for parking on the street.

We have a weekly cleaner who cleans all communal areas of the property once per week. This service is complimentary for all tenants of the property.
