The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, stovetop, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, kettle, utensils, and all essential cookware and cooking basics. Unwind in the living room on the comfy double sofa bed and enjoy entertainment on the smart TV with streaming apps. The adjoining dining area offers a cozy space for meals or work, with seating for four. High-speed Wi-Fi, fresh linens and towels, a fan and heating for year-round comfort, an iron and ironing board, and a hairdryer are also provided.

An in-unit washing machine is available on request, though it may be in use by the housekeeper. A shared dryer is available on the upper floor with access upon request and is shared with other flats. For families, a travel cot can be provided for an additional fee of £20, and a high chair for £12. Socket covers and children's cutlery and plates are available upon request. Additional services include early check-in (1:30–2:00 pm) for £30, late check-out (until 12:00 pm) for £30, and bag drop-off for £12. We occasionally handle our laundry, such as guest bedding and towels. Please let us know in advance which services you’d like to request so we can coordinate with housekeeping and ensure a smooth arrival.
