No parties are permitted under any circumstance. Failure to follow the house rules may result in eviction from the property by private security. All rubbish must be placed in black bin liners located under the kitchen sink. Rubbish bags must be placed outside between 8:00 pm and 7:00 am on Monday–Friday and Sunday only. Any bags left outside after 7:00 am or placed out on Saturdays may result in a penalty notice of up to £2,500. Please be careful when carrying luggage upstairs. Do not scrape or scuff the walls. Any damage may result in a charge for repainting. If keys are lost, a £200 charge will apply for replacement of the keys and backup set. Depending on the situation, lock replacement may be required at a cost of up to £1,000. If keys are lost after 11:00 pm, you will need to arrange alternative accommodation until access is available at 7:00 am. All associated charges will still apply. Check-out time is 10:00 am. Late check-out will incur a £100 fee for every additional 30 minutes beyond this time. There is a zero-tolerance policy for drugs. If drugs are found or used on the property, you will be removed immediately, no refund will be issued for remaining nights, and a £1,000 fine will apply. We reserve the right to use private security to remove guests who violate house rules or remain on the property past the check-out time.
