For your convenience, a heated drying rack is stored under the master bed for drying clothes after washing. The living room thermostat allows you to control the temperature.

Luxury refillable toiletries are provided; a £30 charge per bottle applies if hand soap, shampoos, conditioner, or dish soap bottles are missing or damaged. An additional charge of £25 per piece applies if additional linen is used without asking.

As this is an old building, noise from neighbors may be audible. Guests are required to bag all trash before placing it in the bins. A zero-tolerance policy for drugs is enforced, with removal from the property and a £1000 fine for violations. Disturbances to neighbors will not be tolerated. The front door must be firmly closed and double-locked when leaving. The maximum occupancy of the property is 6 people; exceeding this limit will result in police notification and reservation cancellation. Outdoor shoes are not permitted inside the apartment; please leave them by the front door. A £200 charge applies for lost keys. Excessive rubbish, boxes, or mess left in the property will incur an extra cleaning/removal fee of £130. Carpet replacement costs £1500 for the living room and £1000 for any other room if visible staining occurs after your stay. A late check-out charge of £100 applies, with removal from the property if more than one hour past check-out time. Guests will be required to pay a £200 replacement key charge and will not be permitted to leave a review after their stay.
