We have a lovely bungalow in leafy Evington with a good sized garden and off-road parking. It is a 10 minute walk from the Leicester General Hospital and a couple of minutes walk from the 22(a/b/e) bus stop with a frequent, 20 min, service to the city centre.

Currently we have three lodgers, a professional couple (who are moving out) and a Single occupant preferred male.

Retired professional female and use the master bedroom between two and four nights per week. Our father, who is in a local care home, sometimes likes to come over during the day. The master bedroom has its own ensuite so the bathroom shown in the photos is to be used only by the lodgers.
