There is a bathroom on the first floor finished to a high standard with over bath shower.

We can offer off-road parking for 2 vehicles; this is on a first come first serve basis. There is ample on-street parking to the side of the property.

Once you have viewed the property and decided to apply, you may be asked to pay a £50 reservation deposit. This is refundable if your application is unsuccessful (terms and conditions apply). If your application is successful, the bond deposit will be payable (less the £50 reservation deposit already paid).
