This apartment features two king-size beds and a sofa bed (available for an additional fee for bookings of 4 guests or fewer). For your convenience, a heated drying rack is provided for clothes, and the living room thermostat allows you to control the temperature. New carpets were installed in March 2026.

The sofa bed can be set up for bookings with over 4 adult guests. For bookings with 4 guests or below, there will be an extra fee of £150, with at least 48 hours' notice required. Luxury refillable toiletries are provided; a £30 charge applies per bottle if any are missing or damaged. An additional charge of £25 applies if additional linen is used without asking.

The location is perfect, just off the famous Portobello Road Market, placing you amongst the best cafes and restaurants in London.

Please respect the neighbors and avoid disturbances, as this is an old building where sounds can travel. Always ensure the front door is firmly closed and double-locked when leaving. Outdoor shoes are not to be worn inside the apartment due to the carpeted floors. A zero-tolerance policy for drugs is in effect, with removal from the property and a £1000 fine for violations. Lost keys will incur a £200 charge. Excessive rubbish or mess will result in an extra cleaning/removal fee of £130. Carpet replacement costs £1500 for the living room and £1000 for other rooms if staining occurs. Late check-out incurs a £100 charge, with removal after one hour. A £200 replacement key charge applies if keys are lost, and guests will not be permitted to leave a review after their stay. Disturbances will not be tolerated, and if the maximum number of people allowed (6) is exceeded, the police will be notified and the reservation cancelled.
