    From Great Torrington Town centre leave heading for South Molton. Go past the bp garage and at the next roundabout head for South Molton. About 400 meters after the roundabout turn right into Borough Road. Go down the hill and take the third left into Caddywell Lane. Carry straight on for about 1.7 miles. You will go past Greenways Valley on the right, down a dip and up the other side and past Healand Manor on the left, around a sharp left hand bend, and then the next left is the road leading into Little Healand. Go down this road and at the big house turn right and go along the concrete road and park in front of the garage. To the side of the garage is the main house and to the left of this is a gate and the path that leads up to Little Healand Cottage.
