The kitchen is well-equipped with essential appliances and amenities, including oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, cookies, coffee, a toaster, a hand blender, and a Nespresso coffee machine.

Parking is available for £8 per day upon request. Airport pick-up and drop-off services are available for an additional price. The washer/dryer is communal and located on the first floor of the building.

No parties, events, or loud music are allowed. Quiet hours are observed between 10 pm and 7:30 am. Smoking is prohibited indoors, but guests are welcome to use the outside garden. Engaging in illegal activities on the premises is strictly prohibited. Only registered guests are allowed on the property, and the person who booked must be present during check-in and throughout the stay. Guests are asked to treat the home with care. Mid-stay cleaning is required for stays longer than 12 days at £55, and two additional cleanings must be purchased for stays longer than 30 days. Please ensure the main entrance door is always closed and avoid using wet wipes or excess toilet paper in the toilet. If using personal Netflix or Amazon streaming accounts, please remember to log out at the end of your stay. All rubbish should be collected at the end of your stay. Please be respectful of local residents and neighbors, keeping noise to a reasonable level after 9 pm. Ensure all belongings are taken with you at the end of your stay. Take extra care of your keys and do not give them or the key code to anyone else during your stay.
