Strictly no parties are tolerated, and misuse of the property for excessive noise and/or partying will result in guests being removed and charged the full security deposit. Please respect neighboring houses with quiet enjoyment between 10 pm and 8 am. Shoes are strictly prohibited upstairs. Smoking is not permitted under any conditions, and a £400 charge will apply if the smell of cigarette smoke or evidence of smoking is found after your stay. Tampering with the smoke alarm will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the main bins located in the parking area. Check-in is from 3:30 pm to 8:00 pm, and check-out is by 11:00 am. Late check-outs will incur a charge. The minimum age for check-in is 22. The host takes no responsibility for any injuries or lost items.
