Bedroom 1 is fitted with a king-size bed for two guests, a large Smart TV, and a desk that can be used as a work desk or dressing table. Bedroom 2 is fitted with a double bed for two guests and a large Smart TV. The kitchen is fitted with a microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother, oven, and more. The bathroom is fitted with a shower over the bath, a standard-sized bath, toilet, and basin.

A baby cot and high chair are available on request upon booking, with a minimum of 48 hours' notice required. Parking permits are provided, and a missing permit can result in a deposit charge of £100. Early key collection is available for an additional charge of £20 per hour, subject to availability and arranged before arrival. Late check-out also incurs a charge.

It is also within reach of many incredible restaurants, bars, and theatres. The nearest bus stops are on Catharine Street, a 4-minute walk away, providing access to the City Centre and Liverpool John Lennon Airport. The apartment is a 20-minute walk to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for train travel.

This apartment is located within a residential building and is not suitable for parties, events, or celebrations. There is a strict policy against loud music or noise, and hen and stag groups are not allowed. Reservations with large groups under the age of 25 are not accepted. Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out. Guests are kindly asked to use the designated smoking area at the back of the building, and guests found smoking in front of the building will be subject to a charge. Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am, unless otherwise arranged. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a charge. Parcels cannot be delivered to the apartment's address and the host cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items. During exceptionally busy periods, maintenance works may need to be completed with 24 hours' notice, unless it's an emergency. Guests may be asked to leave if found in violation of the no-parties or large group rules, with no refund given.

Bedroom 1 comes with a desk which can be utilised for work or as a dressing table. The dining table in the living room can also be utilised for work.
