Please note that this accommodation may have stairs and may not be suitable for guests with disabilities or limited mobility. Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is not allowed indoors; please smoke on the street or patio area if available. Noise should be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. Unauthorized late departures may incur a £50 per hour fee. Not returning keys to the key safe/Keynest will incur a £200 fee. The lead guest must be 21 or over.
