High-speed internet, a big TV, linens, towels, toiletries, a hairdryer, and a washing machine are provided.

Parking is available in the building's car park for £30 per day, subject to availability and with priority for regular residents. Please advise in advance if parking is required.

Located in a quiet and safe residential area, this flat is just a 2-minute walk from Holland Park tube station and within walking distance to Notting Hill and Shepherd's Bush Westfield. The neighborhood offers a wonderful selection of coffee shops, restaurants, and beautiful homes, making it a perfect base to explore Notting Hill and West London. Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is by 11 am. Late check-in may incur a fee. Late check-out without prior agreement is £50 per hour. Free luggage drop-off is usually available from 12 pm but needs to be agreed upon in advance. Early check-in may be available for a fee. Guests must provide a photo of an official id prior to arrival or at check-in. Infants are charged at £18 per night. An extra bed in the living room is automatically offered for parties of 5 guests and can be arranged for parties of 4 for an additional fee of £35. Quiet hours are observed between 9 pm and 9 am. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or near open windows; guests will be liable for cleaning costs if smoke odors are detected. Pets are not permitted. Lost keys or lockouts will incur charges. A fee of up to £1,000 may be charged for house rule violations, including property damage, unauthorized guests, or significant disturbances. Decorative candles are for display only and should not be lit.

The second bedroom includes a desk, and fast internet is available throughout the apartment.
