The separate bedroom area, located upstairs, features a Zip n Link Bed that can be set up as a double or split into two singles on request. A comfortable double sofa bed is available in the living area. All linen, bedding, and towels are provided.

A travel cot or high chair is available on request for a fee of £50.00. Free parking is available nearby, though it is not suitable for larger vans over 1.95m in height.

Set on the sought-after West Jetty of Brighton Marina, you're moments from a buzzing mix of restaurants, bars, cafés, boutique shops, a cinema, bowling, and a casino. Brighton's vibrant city centre is just a short bus or taxi ride away.

The mezzanine sleeping area is accessed by steep, narrow stairs, which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. Unauthorized late departures may incur a £50 per hour fee. Failure to return keys to the key safe on check out will result in a £200+vat charge. Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is not allowed indoors. Noise should be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. Call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee. The lead guest must be 21 or over. No outdoor shoes to be worn inside. No BBQs. Check-in instructions will be sent via email and sms at 3 pm on your arrival day for check-in from 4 pm.
