Guests under 21 are not permitted. The apartment is located on the ground floor and in the basement. Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 10 am. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a charge. Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge. Large groups under the age of 25 are not permitted. Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property. Lost fobs will be charged at £50 per fob. Collecting keys before 3 pm or returning them later than 10 am will incur a charge of £20 per hour or part thereof.We do host hen and stag groups in this apartment, though ask that the apartment is left in a good state.
