You'll be sharing with one friendly, considerate accountant who has lived in the apartment for over two years. She works Monday to Friday, enjoys a quiet, respectful home and helps create a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.

The apartment is approximately 10-12 minutes' walk from Stratford Station, with excellent transport links via the Elizabeth Line, Jubilee Line, Central Line, DLR, London Overground and National Rail.
Westfield Stratford City, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, gyms and green spaces are all within easy walking distance.

We are the owner and landlord of the apartment and have managed it personally for around 20 years. Don't use a managing agent, so if anything ever needs attention you'll deal directly with us. We are looking for a clean, considerate full-time professional who is looking for a home rather than simply somewhere to stay.

The minimum tenancy is 12 months, although ideally we are looking for someone who would like to stay longer and become part of a stable, respectful household.
