It has separate bathroom and separate toilet. Water bill will be estimated at around £50 monthly. If the water bill arrives more than £50 monthly than the exceed amount of £50 will be shared in between the other tenants.
Same will happen with the gas and electricity bill that are in the other tenants' name. If they exceed £50 monthly you will need to share between yourselves the extra amount over £50 and pay it to the tenants who have the electricity and gas in their names.
