We occupy the ground floor as we have converted our garage in to a living room/bedroom which we occupy with cats Charcoal and Amber.

We only take 2 lodgers at a time therefore including ourself only 3 people live in the property.

Smoking only allowed outdoors.

This is a very quiet residence, we would like to keep it that way.

Easy access to buses going directly to Birmingham city centre via smethwick or Dudley town centre ie West Midlands travel hopping on to the number 87 bus as you come out of my estate. There is also a bus station a couple minutes drive in Oldbury town centre that takes you to Halesowen, Merry Hill, Harborne, Edgbaston, West Bromwich etc.

Our house is also very close to the M5 motorway, junction 2 and also close to Sandwell and Dudley train Station and Dudley Port, where you can catch a train to Birmingham city centre that is a 10 minute train journey.Thank you for your interest.
