Genie Homes are pleased to offer a double ensuite bedroom within a modern apartment in Heritage Court. You will be sharing the apartment with a live in landlord. All bills are included in the rent, providing an easy and convenient monthly payment with no additional household bills to arrange. You will have your own double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom including a shower over the bath. You will only share the open living room / kitchen with the landlord.

Ideally located close to Birmingham City Centre and in the heart of the Jewellery Quarter, the property benefits from excellent transport links and easy access to local shops, restaurants and amenities.

The landlord will be living in the apartment four nights a week, leaving you with the apartment for your sole occupancy three nights a week. The landlord is prepared to fully furnish the bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet or if you have any of your own furniture, you are welcome to bring your own. He is very flexible.

There is a car parking space available for an extra £100 a month.
