We completely loved living in our flat in fabulous Clapham. If it wasn't for work moving, nothing could have made us leave.

It's a ground floor, beautifully designed apartment with direct access to secure communal gardens. Stylish living room, two bright double bedrooms, two bathrooms, separate kitchen. Unlimited heating and hot water are included in the rent. It's an easy walk to Clapham's shops, restaurants, cinema and tube.

If you want a modern, warm, quiet, sharply attractive flat then this is it. If you're looking for a two bedroom flat, this has that rare thing - two bathrooms.

Relax in a long and beautiful living room, with LED lights in the shelves you can colour against the flat's black and white design. Gorgeous Japanese shoji doors hide spacious storage. There's plenty of other storage too, throughout the apartment. There's modern, stylish furniture tenants can choose to retain.

The en-suite bedroom opens out onto the patio and has its own built-in wardrobe. The second double bedroom is big enough for us both to have used as a generous study. One of our tenants turned it into a lovely nursery for their two children. Everywhere there are double-glazed, wall-to ceiling windows. The main bathroom is a big and beautiful surprise.

This is one of the few flats in the building with a separate kitchen and its own large airing space. There are all the usual appliances - fridge-freezer, oven, hob, hood, washer-drier and dishwasher. There are very few flats in this building with a fully tiled entrance hall.

This flat is part of the new Cavendish Building. Clapham Park has been transformed into a stylish and modern neighbourhood, with beautiful open spaces and boulevards. There are large and fabulous, secure, shared gardens and private roads around. There are entry-phone doors and parking with a residents' ticket or guest parking tickets at a daily rate. Hot water and heating are included in the rent and the flat is so well insulated you're never cold. The sound insulation is so good you have all the quiet you want. Everything has been beautifully maintained by the present tenant.

Clapham South Tube gets you to Victoria in under 15 minutes and King's Cross in about 25. Clapham Common and Clapham Picture House are easy strolls. So is Abbeyville Road, with its characterful shops and places to eat. We walked and played tennis at Brockwell Park. We were surrounded with young professionals and couldn't have been happier.

Please note that references will be required and a deposit equal to one month's rent.

A previous tenant writes:

It's a brilliant flat. Modern, very warm in winter & quiet. Jon has also been a wonderful landlord and resolves any issues quickly and to a high standard. Great location too.

Another former tenant writes:

We are a couple with one toddler and one baby. When you are living as a family, then two bathrooms are very helpful in the morning rush. I like the lay-out of the flat as well, with a quiet sleeping area and a spacious living room. There is also a lot of storage space throughout. Having two children, the ground floor is a big plus. No stairs to be scared of and - more importantly - a direct link to the wonderful garden. The garden is a big plus - no need to go to the park if you want to be outside.

The area has a lot of great amenities. Shops, nurseries, playgrounds, parks, a bus stop directly to the centre of London and the tube station (Clapham South) are all in walking distance.

As tenants, we have had a very good experience with the owner. There was direct contact, no need to go via anonymous estate agents offices, which made the whole renting process go smoothly. If there was a problem, we could together look for a good solution.

We are leaving as we are returning to our home country. We hope you have as a nice time in this flat as we did!
