Any prohibited items left after check-out that require specialist handling will incur a charge equal to the actual cost incurred. Quiet hours are observed between 10 pm and 8 am. Standard check-in is between 3 pm and 7 pm, and standard check-out is at 10 am; requests outside of these times may incur additional charges. Children up to 4 years stay free on existing bedding. Children from 5 to 12 years are £25 per night, and children from 13 to 17 years are £30 per night. Smoking is generally prohibited in the apartments. Damages or holes in furniture, floors, beds, or linens will result in charges for replacement value and penalty fees.
