For stays longer than 12 days, additional mid-stay cleaning can be purchased for £55. For stays longer than 30 days, two additional cleanings must be purchased.

If you use your own streaming accounts, please remember to log out at the end of your stay. Please collect all rubbish at the end of your stay and use the designated bins for recycling and normal waste. The key code must be kept secure and not shared. Please do not rearrange furniture or damage furnishings. Illegal substances are not permitted on the premises. Last-minute bookings may have a check-in time starting at 5 pm, though availability might allow for an earlier check-in.Please be respectful of the maximum occupancy of the property and keep noise to a reasonable level, especially after 9 pm. Ensure the main entrance door is always closed. Do not use wet wipes or excess toilet paper in the toilet.
