There is no lift available, and stairs are available. The call point is only for emergency situations; a fine of £1000 will be charged if triggered unnecessarily. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the property. No parties or events are allowed. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Only registered guests are permitted, and all guests are asked to respect neighbours and the property.
