Quiet cul-de-sac setting half a mile from railway station
Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac in Hambrook, this is a really lovely four-bedroom family home with plenty of space, a great garden and a modern finish throughout.
The main living space is the large open-plan kitchen, dining and family room at the back of the house. It’s bright, sociable and ideal for everyday family life, with bi-fold doors opening straight onto the terrace and south-facing garden. The kitchen is smart and well equipped, with quartz worktops, integrated appliances and a separate utility room just off it.
There is also a separate sitting room with a wood-burning stove, giving you a cosy second living space, along with a downstairs cloakroom and internal access to the garage.
Upstairs, all four bedrooms are doubles. The principal bedroom and second bedroom both have built-in storage and their own en-suite shower rooms, with a separate family bathroom serving the other two bedrooms.
Outside, there is driveway parking for two cars, an integral garage with an electric door and EV charging point, and a generous south-facing rear garden. At the bottom of the garden is a useful detached studio, currently set up as a gym, which would work equally well as a home office or hobby space.
The house is also very energy efficient, with an air source heat pump, underfloor heating downstairs and an EPC rating of B.
A great option for anyone looking for a spacious, modern family home in a quieter village setting, while still being within easy reach of Chichester.
