Secure parking is available with a keyfob access. Guests can also find on-street parking. For families, a travel cot and high chair are provided, but guests should bring their own blankets and sheets for the cot.

Some pets may not be allowed are permitted on the property without prior written approval. Unauthorized pets will result in immediate cancellation and additional cleaning fees. No electric vehicle charging is permitted at the property due to fire risk. Hair straighteners or curling irons should not be placed directly on carpets or soft furnishings; heat-resistant pads are provided in each bedroom. Burnt marks found in the carpet will result in a £250 damage fee. The minimum age for the booker is 25. For guests without reviews, Airbnb profiles of all other guests staying must be added.
