Studio to rent

95 Crawford Street, Marylebone, Baker Street, Edgware Road, London W1H

This lovely large studio with private roof-terrace garden is located on the first floor of an Edwardian building in a quiet Marylebone-village off Baker Street with lots of small shops and restaurants and within an easy walk to Oxford St or Regents Park.

Unlike other apartments in central London this comes with a private terrace, greenery and plants - with an external tap for watering! So if you are "locked in", fear not, you have your own outside space, plants and flowers.

The apartment has a separate bathroom with a bath/shower and hot rail, a separate fully fitted kitchen with washer-dryer, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster and cutlery and a roof garden terrace with table and chairs.

The flat is on the first floor in a quiet building and the mail box is on the ground floor. CCTV cameras cover the main entrance for additional security.

Location

The Swedish Church is literally across the road with Baker Street one side and Seymour Place the other. The area is abuzz with restaurants, bars and shops and ideally located for access to either Regents Park or to Hyde Park and to Oxford St/Edgeware Road
