On the first floor, you'll find a superking bedroom and a kingsize bedroom, both with access to the family bathroom, which includes a bath, separate cubicle shower, basin, and WC. There is also a cozy snug with a desk, wall-mounted TV, and a two-seater sofa. The second floor boasts a master superking bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The super-king size beds can be split into two singles upon request.

Pay & display parking is available at nearby locations within walking distance of the property, and details will be provided prior to your stay. Guide dogs are permitted to stay inside the properties.

Across the River Esk, you'll find cozy pubs, fun arcades, and fish restaurants on Pier Road, leading to the blue flag West Cliff Beach.

This is a non-smoking and no-parties property. A £250.00 damage deposit is required, subject to a £10.00 administration charge, or you can purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00, which covers up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay. Keys are accessed via a secure key safe, with full details provided shortly before arrival.
