There are 3 steps to enter the building, followed by another 19 steps to the apartment located on the second floor. Late check-out is available for a fee of £50+VAT per half hour unless agreed upon in advance. Not returning keys to the key safe will incur a £200+VAT fee. The lead guest must be 21 or over.
