The flat is available from 1 December 2026. We are hoping to find someone who would like to settle here for at least a year. We intend to put the flat on the market after that, so we are offering it at a reduced rent and are looking for a tenant who is comfortable with us arranging viewings during the later months of the tenancy. We will give 24 hours' notice and work around your schedule. If the flat has not sold, we are very happy for the tenancy to continue, and you will get four months' notice in any event.

Seven Dials is a wonderful place to live. It's a great community near many green parks and with lots of independent businesses, gastro pubs, restaurants, cafes and bakeries. The flat is a 10 minute walk to Brighton station, the top of the North Laine and Preston Park, and 15 minutes to the beach. It's only an hour to London on the train, with trains every 10 to 15 minutes.

This lovely garden apartment is on the lower ground floor, accessible by stairs.

The flat is fully furnished to a high standard. The living room is brightly furnished and very well kept, with a sitting area and a TV, and is generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with family and friends.

There is a washer and dryer for your laundry. The front bedroom has a comfortable king size bed in calming decor and plenty of storage. The back bedroom, which has private doors to the patio, is currently being redecorated and refurnished, so the photo is for size only. It comes with a small double futon bed and an extra mattress, though you are welcome to bring a larger bed of your own. The bathroom is bright with a well pressured shower. There is a large sunny patio with an outdoor corner couch, outdoor desk and BBQ.

We are renting directly, with no agency in the middle. We are currently meeting potential tenants, so please private message us if you or someone you know is interested. Lgbt friendly.
