A note from the Landlord:
"Hi. During the ten years i've been renting my property, i've maintained a very cordial relationship with all tenants. Deposits have always been returned promptly without deductions and cleaning bills at the end of tenancy have never been passed on. Occasionally, i've even been pleasantly surprised by a small gift from tenants at the end of a tenancy.
I am here to provide a service, unlike some of the landlords my children have had the misfortune of dealing with. Wishing you an enjoyable and successful year."
