A note from the Landlord:
"I am the landlord for several student let properties in Nottingham and I aim to provide a professional and high quality service, whilst remaining approachable and responsive. I have three daughters who have been through student accommodation and I aim to provide the sort of service and quality of accommodation that they would have appreciated.
I manage all my properties myself supported by a team of excellent tradespeople whom I know well. My objective is to leave you in peace to enjoy your stay, but if there are maintenance issues during the year I will address them promptly and ensure that any disturbance to you is kept to a minimum.
I sincerely hope that you select one of my houses as your student accommodation for next year."
