Hi, We are looking for someone to take room for up to three months while we are out of the country (from the 9th of November).

It's got the most beautiful views of South London and is a stones throw away from Sydenham wood, probably the biggest wood in London, which is wonderful to walk around in on a nice day, and is also close to other green areas like Wells Park. It's a 10 minute walk to the shops in Kirkdale, and a quick bus journey to urban hubs like Crystal Palace and Sydenham, whilst trains to Central London are 15 minutes away from Sydenham Hill Station.

The room has a double bed with a very large cupboard and bookshelves and a desk. The living room has a juliette balcony, a TV with a range of subscriptions you can use, and a bar! The kitchen has all 'mod cons' including an air fryer. The flat is on the 5th floor but there is a lift and step free access at the back.

You would be sharing with friend/lodger who is very easy to get on with. He'll generally be busy with work and life but will probably want to show off his cocktails (as you can see he has a bit of a collection going!)

Rent is £750 bills all included, plus a £250 deposit. Obviously all the furniture etc is provided, but also the cooking stuff as well as bedsheets and towels are available also, if it's there you can probably use it!
