Welcome to Fitzrovia Residence, a collection of nine furnished serviced apartments. The building has three floors, with three flats on each floor. Access is by stairs only; there is no lift, so guests should be comfortable using stairs.

Apartments are individually arranged, and layouts and sleeping capacity vary. Hostaway details for the third-floor group describe one-bedroom apartments with a king bed and double sofa bed, plus a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, dining area, Smart TV and Wi-Fi. Fresh towels and bed linen are provided, and the apartments are professionally cleaned before each stay.

Fitzrovia is well placed for central London. Oxford Circus and Goodge Street stations, Oxford Street, Regent Street, Soho, BBC Broadcasting House, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. Regent's Park and the British Museum are also within easy reach.

Guest information: Check-in from 4 pm; check-out by 10 am. No smoking or vaping indoors and no parties or events. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am. Only registered guests are permitted, and guest id verification is required before check-in. Please respect neighbours and the property.
