The property is perfectly located close to the seafront, with bars, restaurants, and Brighton’s vibrant nightlife all just a short walk away. Despite its central location, the private mews setting offers a quieter retreat away from the buzz of the city.

This accommodation has stairs within the property leading up to upper levels and may not be suitable for guests with disabilities or limited mobility. Smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes) is not allowed indoors. Please smoke on the street or patio area, if available. Noise should be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. Call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee. Late check-out is available for a fee of £50+vat per half hour unless agreed upon in advance. Not returning keys to the key safe will incur a £200+vat fee. Check-out is by 11 am. Unauthorized late departures may incur a £50 per hour fee. The lead guest must be 21 or over.
