The first floor features an open-plan living space with a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a flat-screen Smart TV with streaming apps, and a dining table for four. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as a Nespresso machine with complimentary coffee pods or sachets. The second floor houses two bedrooms and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, WC, and basin. Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed, and Bedroom 2 has a super-king bed which can be split into two singles upon request. Tower fans are provided in both bedrooms for warmer nights.

Paid parking options include Sainsbury's car park (5-minute walk) for around £5/day via the JustPark app, and Tesco Superstore for around £11.50/day via the Horizon app. On-street parking is usually available steps away, with unrestricted parking available after 5pm and before 9am Monday–Saturday, and before noon and after 5pm on Sundays. During restricted hours (9am–5pm Mon–Sat, noon–5pm Sun), 3-hour disc parking applies, and a disc is provided in the apartment. Secure bike storage is available for up to 4 bikes at the rear of the building.

Located in the peaceful Falsgrave town centre, this apartment is just 1 mile from Scarborough's famous beaches and a mile from the sea. It's steps from Bloom Coffee Shop & Bakery, and about a 10-minute walk from the train station. Nearby attractions include Scarborough Castle (2 km), The Spa Scarborough, Peasholm Park, and Scarborough Open Air Theatre. Excellent shops, restaurants, and cafes are within walking distance. Bus stops are nearby on Falsgrave Road with frequent services, and Scarborough Hospital is a short walk away. The famous Cinder Track for cycling and walking starts close by.

There is a pub just opposite Sanderling Chase, across Commercial Street. Pets are not allowed, and smoking and events are not permitted. The smoke detectors will be tested every Monday at 11 am. Entry is via a secure key safe box on the exterior.
