A £50 late extension request charge applies if not contacted before 4 pm the day before departure. Lost keys will incur a replacement fee of £20. There is a £150 late check-out fee after 10:30 am unless agreed in advance. Charges will apply for any additional cleaning required due to excess mess. No unregistered guests are allowed, and there should not be more than the maximum people confirmed on the booking in or on the property at any time. No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. No loud noise or music after 11 pm, as guests will be removed. No drugs or illegal substances on the premises. All bookings are required to pay a £300 security deposit prior to check-in, which will be refunded providing no damage is caused to the property.
