UK property has risen by £29,000 in value since March 2020, taking the average price of a UK home to £249,700, according to our latest House Price Index.

From a characterful cottage in Cornwall, to a studio pad in the capital, we take a look at 10 homes on the market today which could be yours for a smidgeon over the national average house price at £250,000.
