Moving to Brighton from London a few years ago we did quite a lot of research into areas of Brighton and this particular area seemed the best option for us.
Number one on the tick list was to be close to a train station with direct links to London and Preston Park station is just short walk away.
Number two was that we wanted to be able to enjoy everything that living in Brighton has to offer but also have a quiet place to call home. Brighton city centre is walkable from here, through the north laines with its eclectic shops and coffee houses and you are at the seafront. Locally there are a few pubs serving good food that we like to go to when we don't fancy cooking.
Lastly, we were looking for an apartment that had a good social living space for entertaining friends and family and a garden which gets the sun. This property ticked all three boxes and we have very much enjoyed living here for the last few years.
