Local shops and amenities can be found in nearby Goring-on-Thames (2 miles) and Pangbourne (3 miles) with both having mainline stations to London, Paddington (Reading from 29 minutes) with Crossrail allowing direct access to the City, Canary Wharf, the West End and Heathrow from 2019. The M4 Motorway at Theale (J12 – 7 miles) is within easy reach as is the A4074 to Oxford City which is about 20 miles away. There are a number of state schools in nearby Woodcote, Whitchurch and Goring, as well as independent schools including Pangbourne and Bradfield Colleges, The Oratory, Cranford House and Moulsford Preparatory School. There are miles of walking and riding in the surrounding countryside and boating on the River Thames.
Accommodation
A part glazed front door leads into an entrance hall with doors to all accommodation and a WC. The sitting room/dining room is a generous open plan space with double aspect. The sitting room has a wood burner with brick surround and there are sliding doors from the dining space to the rear garden. The kitchen/breakfast room is rear aspect, fitted with a range of wall and base units and integrated oven and gas hob. There are two storage cupboards, a door to the side, and access into the garage.

Stairs lead to the first floor with a split landing. The master bedroom is rear aspect with double built in wardrobes, and an en-suite shower room fitted with a walk in shower. The guest bedroom is also rear aspect, with another en-suite shower room. There are two additional bedrooms, both doubles and one with built in wardrobes, and a family bathroom fitted with a bath with shower over.
