We have enjoyed living in our home as we have nice friendly neighbours, the road is quite and we love to relax in the private rear garden.

We have found the location to be great as it is only a ten minute walk to Solihull town centre with the airport and M42 only about 10 minute drive, also found it very handy to have a local supermarket just a couple minutes walk away.

Hope the next owner enjoys the property as much as we have.
