Directions

From Bideford Quay, proceed towards Northam passing Morrisons supermarket on your right and Rydons Garage on your left. Upon reaching Heywood Road roundabout continue straight ahead towards Westward Ho! Following the road and proceeding into Atlantic Way, continue for approximately half a mile taking the 3rd right hand turning down Avon Lane and then second left into Queens Close where the property will be seen on the right hand side with a number plate and for sale board clearly displayed.
