There is a country pub and restaurant in easy walking distance down the lane, as well as many others in the surrounding villages. A small public playing field and playground with swings and a climbing frame is a few hundred metres down the lane.

Both Sevenoaks and Gravesend are approximately 10 miles away, with a more comprehensive range of facilities, including additional commuter options, public and state schools and multiple shops and leisure facilities. There are many locations in the area for families to enjoy including a small zoo, four local large parks, stately homes and castles – all within a 20 minute drive.

Bluewater shopping centre and Ebbsfleet International station are about 12 miles distant. There are excellent road links including the M26/M20 just over 3 miles away and the A2, a little over 6 miles away.

It is very close to both the Borough Green and Wrotham station, and Meopham Station, providing several commuter options to access Blackfriars and London Victoria. Sevenoaks station, only a few miles further, provides access to Cannon Street, Charing Cross and London Bridge


From the Wrotham/M20 roundabout, take the A20 north. At the next roundabout take the second exit onto the Gravesend Road towards Meopham. After about one mile turn left into Hodsoll Street and the property will be found on the left hand side as indicated by our 'For Sale' sign.
