The property is superbly located close to this highly sought after village, which has excellent pubs and a village church. There are popular schools in the area including Danehill Church of England Primary School and Cumnor House prep school. Other local amenities are found in Horsted Keynes and Forest Row. For more comprehensive facilities there are the towns of Haywards Heath, Uckfield, East Grinstead and Lewes. Nearby Ashdown Forest is the largest free public access space in the South East. It is a great place for walking, horse riding and enjoying spectacular views over the Sussex countryside. There are a number of equestrian competition venues nearby.

There is a mainline railway station at Haywards Heath providing a service to London Bridge/Victoria (45 mins). Gatwick is about 17 miles distant and the A22 is about 2½ mile away, providing access to the M25.

Directions
