"This flat has been our first home, we've loved our time here and will be very sad to leave. It's both bright and airy but also cosy and always warm. We've taken great pride in renovating the kitchen and bathroom, as well as adding much needed greenery to the garden (which is an absolute suntrap!). The street is extremely quiet day and night and we've got lovely neighbours. During the 5 years we've been here we've benefitted from the star group taking over the Heathcote, turning it into one of the best pubs in London in our opinion, the food is exceptional, as well as the regeneration of Francis Road which has attracted gems such as Yardarm & Marmelo, as well as newer additions such as Venner & Phlox."
