For us the location was perfect as it has the main links on the doorstep but the bonus of also being a 10-minute walk from the village and parks, fantastic views from the garden and the all-important pubs within walking distance. It had the space we were looking for, and the open fire without the low ceilings!
What improvements have you made to the property ?
New central heating system, boiler & rads to include Victorian rads downstairs. We have refurbished the first floor shower room, updated the utility room and upgraded the decor.
What have you enjoyed about living there ?
Summer evenings in the hot tub with the stunning views at the back, dog walks in the field next door, the village Xmas fair & firework nights and cosy winter evenings in front of the fire.
