Why buy this home?

As you step through the front door, you're immediately welcomed by stylish lvt flooring that flows throughout the ground floor, creating a sense of quality and continuity.

To the right is a spacious downstairs W/C, which also offers practical storage for coats and shoes, helping to keep the entrance neat and clutter-free. On the opposite side, a useful utility cupboard houses the boiler and washer/dryer, while still providing space for household essentials such as a vacuum cleaner and cleaning products.

The kitchen has been thoughtfully designed with an abundance of storage and a practical horseshoe layout that naturally separates the cooking area from the living space. Finished with dark grey cabinetry, ash-effect worktops and brass handles, it has a contemporary yet timeless feel. Integrated appliances include a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas hob and fan oven, while stylish grey tiling completes the modern look.

To the rear, the open-plan living area is both bright and versatile, offering plenty of flexibility when arranging furniture. Whether you prefer a large corner sofa or a more traditional layout, there's ample space to make it your own. There's also room for a dining table, making it ideal for entertaining. The open-plan design allows you to socialise with family and friends while preparing meals, and the double doors leading to the garden flood the room with natural light.

The outdoor space is one of this home's standout features. Homes on Antigua Way benefit from larger-than-average plots, and this property goes a step further, with the current owners having cleverly incorporated part of the driveway to create an even more generous garden.

A spacious patio provides the perfect setting for al fresco dining, summer BBQs and relaxing with family and friends. Beyond this, you'll find an exceptional garden room that has been fully insulated and fitted with air conditioning, ensuring year-round comfort. This impressive addition offers endless possibilities, whether you're looking for a home office, gym, hobby room or a fantastic social space to enjoy with guests.

The garden also benefits from side access leading to the driveway, which provides off-road parking for two vehicles.

Upstairs, soft carpeting runs across the landing and into both double bedrooms. The principal bedroom enjoys the added luxury of an en-suite shower room while still offering plenty of space for wardrobes and additional furniture. This practical layout is particularly useful for couples with busy morning routines.

The family bathroom is well presented, featuring contemporary tiling around the bath, an overhead shower and a glass shower screen.

The second bedroom is another generous double and benefits from built-in wardrobes, maximising the available floor space. Currently used as a dressing room and home office, it demonstrates the flexibility on offer and could easily adapt to suit a variety of needs.

More about the location.....

For a new development, Newton Leys is steeped in history. With some parts dating back as far as the Iron Age. However, it was more recently famous for brick-making from the late 19th Century, in the form of Newton Longville Brickworks. When the Brickworks closed in 1978, an old claypit was flooded to create Jubilee Lake, now more commonly known as Willow Lake, easily the jewel in Newton Leys' crown.

Newton Leys is a district that covers the southern tip of Bletchley and is split between the Borough of Milton Keynes and Aylesbury Vale. Conveniently located next to the A4146 and A5, it gives easy access to Milton Keynes, Leighton Buzzard and the M1. You have a choice of either Bletchley or Leighton Buzzard Train Stations which both offer services directly into London Euston.

Newton Leys Primary School opened in 2016 and accepts children from age 3 (nursery) to age 11 (Year 6). Many parents take advantage of the Grammar Schools in Aylesbury for Secondary education being only approximately 11 miles away.

In 2017 Newton Leys District Centre opened providing local conveniences such as a Costa, Chinese Takeaway, Fish and Chip Shop, Dry Cleaners, Hair Salon and a 8000 sq. Ft Asda. At the end of April the Turing Key pub opened its doors and has already cemented itself as the heart of the community. It is in good company as there also numerous village pubs within a few miles such as The Three Locks at Stoke Hammond, The Crooked Billet at Newton Longville and The Betsey Wynne at Swanbourne.
