From tiled path surrounding buildings, there are 3 steps up into gated porch, double glazed doors leading into entrance hall, a right turn will take you to bedroom 2 on the right (at present used as a TV⁄reading room) next you will arrive at bedroom 1 with the en-suite bathroom⁄shower room on right, through double glazed doors into the gym.
A door leads into the conservatory from which there is access through double glazed doors to the balcony (naya), down stairs on the left to the indoor pool and through an open archway to the lounge.
From here through another open archway is the dining room with access on the right via double glazed doors to the naya (which can be used as an outside eating area), the kitchen is straight on through double half glazed doors.
To the left through an open archway is a passage leading to bedroom 3, bathroom 2 and bedroom 4.
From the kitchen there is access to the utility room and a door to the outside, plus a further security door, which helps keep the room cooler from the early to late Summer.
The large garage is immediately below the gym with access to the under build. The generator is adjacent to pump⁄boiler house which is situated below the swimming pool.
