This spacious and attractive detached home is situated at Cami Figueral, 03729 Lliber, coordinates 38.73778,0.024961, we are on Google maps. We overlooks the beautiful Jalon valley it has an indoor heated swimming pool to enable you to benefit from one of the best forms of exercise all year round, rather than an outdoor pool, which even with Spain s wonderful climate, you may only use for about 4 months when sometimes the water gets too hot. The site is 8,536 square metres and the property is 484 square metres, including the tiled path which goes around the buildings. There are lots of illegal properties in Spain, but we have a Licence of First Occupation and this year our local rates are 1060.52€.

Lliber is a busy little village with attractive paved narow streets nestling either side of CV 745 between Senija and Jalon, The Town Hall and local groups organize events and visits to interesting places on a regular basis. Diary of events upcoming in February is a visit to Feria Creativa, Trade Fair in Valencia, organised by Asocission Amas de Casa, a Brexit talk by British Consulate from Alicante and a Valentine Dinner arranged by the 2018 Festeros and in March starting on 3rd with breakfast at 9.30 followed by a guided walk through Liberto to see the riuraus, wells and other points of interest and then onto Jalon to visit rastro and bodega, the day following, there is a sausage Fair in the village, from 9.30-11.30 a traditional snack of wine, cocoa and sausage will be available and later local restaurants will offer tastings of their different menus. N Womans Day 8th March is musical⁄comedy held in the Social Centre followed by drinks and snacks in the library, then on 11th March there is a local winemakers competition to be judged in the Social Centre, on 24th⁄24th March there is a Medieval Market . On 16th April a Spanish course for Foreign Residents will start in the library at the Social Centre and on 21st there will be a Motor Rally. On 6th May will be the celebration of May Crosses, starting with music in the Placa Major at 11.00, at 12.00 there will be traditional dances by a local group La Llata, followed from 16.00 to 19.00 with games for the children, at 19.00 mass will be held in the Plaza and the day will conclude with music also in the 10th June there is a mass at 19.00, followed by the Corpus Christi procession, Saturday and Sunday 16th⁄17th is a busy weekend, starting at 17.30 on Saturday with a performance of Jalon Festival Band, following this is a fashion show, at 20.30 the Los Mariachis are performing a very colourful show of music and dance and to end the evening is the Festeros Dinner, tickets are 17€, all these events are in the Plaza Major. On Sunday the entertainment begins at 18.30 in the church with a performance joma, the young orchestra of Marina Alta with a repertoire of popular classical music at 20.00 a change of music style with the Jazzmatics and at 20.30 the popular "Intercambio Gastronomica", everyone is invited to bring a dish to share, savoury or sweet, if you re not a cook whatever you like.Gabriel will be cooking "Arros con fesols y naps" a traditional dish of soup with rice, meat stock and vegetables for everyone. Please bring your friends and family, everyone is welcome. On 1st July the 2017 Festeros have organized a Giant Paella and music by the Orquestra Wonder, tickets are 1€ and all proceeds are for the 2018 Profesteros. On 6th July there is a Film show concerning Castillon. The village Fiesta is usually around 10 days in you have ever wanted to tread grapes for wine in the trditional way you can have a go on Sunday in Lliber at 17.30. This is part of the programme for the 3rd Feria de Llaurador held over the weekend of 1⁄2 September, other events include a fair, demonstrations of typical crafts( raffia work, pottery, the making of wineskins, rugmaking, cowbells etc.) a Carousel, a Street parade and Storytelling for the children. On Saturday 15⁄9⁄2018, weather permitting. Asociacion Musical Jalonese will be performing in the Plaza Major at 19.30, afterwards the Pro-Festers 2019 have arranged a supper and music for dancing.

The village has popular bars and restaurants, a Butcher, a Baker, Grocery shops, a Chemist and a Medical Centre.

We have the best of both worlds, we are within 30 minutes by car of Sandy beaches at Javea, Calpe and Moraira and less than 45 minutes from the beaches at Denia, our pool has an adjacent area for sunbathing and when temperatures reach 30+ a pool with air conditioning, in the Winter when temperatures are below 10- the pool can be heated and has radiators to keep us nice and snug.

We are only a short journey to the mountains.

We are aged 79 and 71 respectively and the property and land are becoming too large for us to manage, the enterprise, excluding furniture, has cost over 700000€ at various rates of exchange and has to be viewed to be appreciated.

Brief Tour of property:

From tiled path surrounding buildings, there are 3 steps up into gated porch, double glazed doors leading into entrance hall, a right turn will take you to bedroom 2 on the right (at present used as a TV⁄reading room) next you will arrive at bedroom 1 with the en-suite bathroom⁄shower room on right, through double glazed doors into the gym.

A door leads into the conservatory from which there is access through double glazed doors to the balcony (naya), down stairs on the left to the indoor pool and through an open archway to the lounge.

From here through another open archway is the dining room with access on the right via double glazed doors to the naya (which can be used as an outside eating area), the kitchen is straight on through double half glazed doors.

To the left through an open archway is a passage leading to bedroom 3, bathroom 2 and bedroom 4.

From the kitchen there is access to the utility room and a door to the outside, plus a further security door, which helps keep the room cooler from the early to late Summer.

The large garage is immediately below the gym with access to the under build. The generator is adjacent to pump⁄boiler house which is situated below the swimming pool.

The indoor pool has a door on the north side and after passing the shower⁄changing room on the left, double glazed doors lead onto the decking on the south side.

With the exception of the bathrooms, all the windows have either blinds or curtains and the conservatory and gym, in addition have awnings, there are also matching blinds on the naya. These furnishings are included.

The pool has an automatic cover. Solar panels, storage batteries and control equipment are installed to provide electricity, in the year to 30⁄09⁄2013 the cost of electricity was 2883€ and with the automatic generator to back up and the condenser boiler the amount of oil consumed for heating and back up is now less than the cost previously with the original boiler.
